Your data is stored on a server managed by an external IT company (SETCOR d.o.o., Jastrebarsko).
Data processing is restricted to authorized personnel of the data controller and other processors if necessary for business operations (IT, accounting). Data processors are required to adhere to the Data Protection Statement, ensuring the continued security of your data.
KK MIRNOVEC is responsible for the security of your data and will not sell, share, or otherwise commercialize it. Your data is retained for the duration of the company’s operation. If the company ceases operations, data collected based on legal requirements will be stored for 10 years after the business closure.
What are your rights regarding personal data?
The data controller is obligated to maintain a transparent record of personal data processing. You have the right to:

- Request modifications, corrections, deletions, or data transfers to another controller
- Object to data processing or file a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection
